A Purim Torah

In the days of Purim, Mordechai and Esther had the following conversation:
Mordechai: Go to the king.
Esther: I could get killed so fast for me for three days.
Mordechai: It's Pesach and we're not allowed to fast.
Esther: We have to fast because we're trying to save the Jewish People and what is Pesach without Jews?
So they fasted on Pesach and made Purim and the Megillah is named after Esther because she was right; the Jew comes first.
End of conversation..

In practical terms the question is: what completes what? Does the Jew make Torah or does the Torah make the Jew?
Mordechai: When a Jew is in a body it needs the Torah to connect it to G-d
Esther: A Jew is already G-dly and it's the G-dly soul of the Jew that makes the Mitzvah so powerful.
